HOW DO I PROVIDE MY TEXT FOR THE TAG?
During the ordering process you provide the desired size tag and the location of the text. Please indicate the desired text in the comments at the end of the ordering process.
Please note: I always use the name (and telephone number) provided by you, so always check whether you have provided the correct information. If you have not communicated it correctly, the tag cannot be returned and you must order a new one.

CAN I ALSO CUSTOMIZE THE DESIGN MYSELF?
Do you want to make the tag even more personal by, for example, the name in all capital letters, or not, or a different figure on the medal? This is all possible as long as it is clearly described for me in the comments during the ordering process.
Please note: never send any changes separately in an email, I may not receive it , read it or it will end up in the spambox and your email may not be read in time, so always give me the changes during the ordering process in the comment section otherwise I will send you the tag as it is on the website.

CAN I HAVE AN ORDER WRAPPED/ SENT AS A GIFT?
Yes of course you can, we are very good at packing and sending presents.
Enter the address to which I can send the tag to in the comments along with your personal message and note that it should be sent as a gift.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?
I always do my best to ship custom tags within 5 working days, but it is and remains manual labor and I make all tags one at a time and put in a lot of time and love so sometimes it can take a day longer. If your order only consists of accessories then we will ship the next day. We ship all orders with Dutch PostNL and there can sometimes be some delay. Of course you will always receive a confirmation when it has been sent to you.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
We ship worldwide to most countries. Most orders take 1-3 business days to process and leave our warehouse. Shipping costs and timeframe depends on the country. Shipping cost depends on your exact location and is calculated at checkout. Due to COVID, the estimation for package arrival to an international country varies. We are not responsible for shipping delays outside of our control.
molly & me is NOT responsible for any customs or tariff fee/import duty that may be imposed. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not covered by the shipping costs.

WHAT SIZE HARNESS SHOULD I ORDER FOR MY DOG?
We sell sizes M and L Sassy Woof harnesses (approximately from dachshund to golden retriever).
Medium : 43 – 51 cm X 46 – 62 cm
Large : 47 – 57 cm X 57 – 83 cm
To find the correct size harness for your dog, you just need to measure their neck and the chest.
To measure their neck, gently wrap a tape measure just below the narrow part where the collar usually is wrapped.
If you are not sure about where to measure, simply touch their shoulders and the right place to measure will be just above the shoulders.
To measure their chest, gently wrap a tape measure around the largest part of their chest (the area just behind their front legs).
If you are deciding between two different sizes, make sure to always choose the larger one! Always remember, if your dog is still a puppy, they are still growing and may outgrow their harness or collar.
